ThinkFirst to educate in brain and spinal cord injuries
ThinkFirst presenters, Penny and Chad, presented on traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries to grades 7-12 as a part of Red Ribbon Week. Both were injured in vehicle accidents in high school. They shared their stories of their accident, injuries and how they overcame adversity. ThinkFirst program strives to educate students on wearing seatbelts and to make good choices behind the wheel.
